In 2009, as the nights closed in and the temperatures dropped York enjoyed its annual Illuminating York festival, with over 30,000 visitors discovering the city in a colourful new light. Previous festivals have included exciting new art works projected onto York Minster, St Mary's Abbey and the Yorkshire Museum.

2009 was Illuminating York's fifth year and it continues to breathe light and innovation into the city's historic and urban centre. Visitors and residents of the city experience cutting edge technology at its most beautiful with uniquely comissioned works.

Very happy with the new identity and brochure we created for them the previous year, the organisers of Illuminating York approched us again to design material for this years festival.
